Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  • In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Grease shot glass molds or a mini muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of dough into each mold, pressing it down to shape the dough into shot glass forms.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and set.
