  • - 1.5 cups barbecue sauce
  • - 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Prepare the Beef**
  • Trim excess fat from the chuck roast for optimal texture.
  • Pat the beef dry with paper towels to help seasoning stick.
  • Mix all the seasonings in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the beef.
  • Let the beef sit with the seasoning for 10–15 minutes.
  • #### **Step 2: Sear the Meat**
  • Heat a pan or Instant Pot on high heat with a bit of oil.
  • Sear the beef chunks for 1–2 minutes per side to lock in flavors.

  • Add Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and liquid smoke.
  • Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes or slow cook on low for 6–8 hours.
