Ingredients
  

  • - 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • - 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • - 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste
  • - Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. For a golden top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguette slices, or raw veggies.
