- - 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- - 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- - 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- - 1/2 cup sour cream
- - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - Salt and black pepper to taste
- - Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if using.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
