Instructions

  • **Make Meatball Mixture:** In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, almond flour, garlic, green onion, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • **Form Meatballs:** Use your hands or a scoop to form 1-inch meatballs.
  • **Cook:**
  • - **Bake:** Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, until cooked through.
  • - **Or Pan-Fry:** Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs, turning occasionally, for 8–10 minutes until golden and done inside.
  • **Make Buffalo Sauce:** In a small saucepan, melt butter, add hot sauce, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until well combined.
  • **Toss Meatballs:** Add cooked meatballs to a bowl, pour buffalo sauce over them, and toss gently to coat.
