Ingredients
  

  • - 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 2 tbsp cream cheese or sour cream
  • - 2 tbsp butter
  • - Salt & pepper to taste
  • - Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder or roasted garlic
  • - Optional garnish: chives parsley, or extra cheese

Instructions
 

  • Steam or boil cauliflower florets until fork-tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain well and let sit for a minute to release steam.
  • Add cooked cauliflower to a food processor along with cheddar, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. For chunkier texture, pulse briefly.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve warm, garnished with herbs or extra cheese if desired.
