- - 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- - 1 tbsp butter optional, for smoothness
- - Mini candy-coated chocolate eggs or jelly beans for topping
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the butter (if using) until smooth.
Stir in the shredded coconut until fully coated in chocolate.
