Ingredients
- - 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- - 1 tbsp butter optional, for smoothness
- - Mini candy-coated chocolate eggs or jelly beans for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the butter (if using) until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded coconut until fully coated in chocolate.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into little nests by pressing the center down slightly.
- Place 2–3 candy eggs in the center of each nest.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes or until the nests are set and firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
