Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • - Juice of 1 large orange
  • - Juice of 1 lime
  • - Zest of both the orange and lime
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 2 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or bag, combine orange juice, lime juice, zests, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with rice, salad, or grilled veggies.
