Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • - 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp blue gel food coloring
  • - ¾ cup crumbled Oreos
  • - ¾ cup crumbled chocolate chip cookies
  • - ½ cup mini white chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring until evenly combined.
  • Crush Oreos and chocolate chip cookies in separate Ziploc bags.
  • Fold half of the crushed cookies into the ice cream mixture.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan and layer with more cookie pieces. Repeat for the second half.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-5 hours or until firm.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
