Cream cheese sausage balls are a delicious, savory appetizer that combines rich pork sausage, creamy cheese, and a hint of spice. Perfect for game days, holiday parties, or casual gatherings, these bite-sized treats are easy to prepare and sure to be a hit!
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
Mix well using a stand mixer or your hands until fully combined. The mixture should form a dough-like consistency.
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
Chill the sausage balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help them hold their shape.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping the sheet halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
