Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • - 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • - Β½ cup strawberries sliced
  • - Β½ cup blueberries
  • - ΒΌ cup raspberries
  • - 2 tablespoons granola optional for crunch
  • - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or shredded coconut optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth.
  • Pour and spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet (about ΒΌ to Β½ inch thick).
  • Scatter the berries evenly over the yogurt. Add granola, chia seeds, or coconut if desired.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
