Ingredients
  

  • - 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • - 1 cup cucumber diced
  • - 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • - ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • - ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • - ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
