- - ¼ cup almond flour or breadcrumbs if not keto
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 small red onion finely chopped
- - 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- - 1 tbsp fresh mint or dill optional
- - 1 tsp dried oregano
- - Zest of 1 lemon
- - Juice of ½ lemon
- - 1 tsp salt
- - ½ tsp black pepper
- - 1 tbsp olive oil for skillet, if not baking
