Ingredients
  

  • **For the base deviled egg filling**:
  • - 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • - 1 tsp white vinegar
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • **For the three flavors**:
  • **Classic**:
  • - Paprika for garnish
  • **Spicy Sriracha**:
  • - 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1/4 tsp chili powder optional
  • **Creamy Avocado**:
  • - 1/2 ripe avocado mashed
  • - 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • - 1 tbsp chopped cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • **Boil the eggs**: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool before peeling.
  • **Prepare the base filling**: Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks in a bowl, then add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • **Divide the filling** into three portions:
  • - **Classic**: Add a pinch of paprika and stir into the first portion. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites. Garnish with more paprika.
  • - **Spicy Sriracha**: Stir in sriracha, smoked paprika, and chili powder (if using). Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
  • - **Creamy Avocado**: Stir in mashed avocado, lime juice, and cilantro. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
  • **Serve**: Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
