- **For the base deviled egg filling**:
- - 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
- - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- - 1 tsp white vinegar
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- **For the three flavors**:
- **Classic**:
- - Paprika for garnish
- **Spicy Sriracha**:
- - 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- - 1/4 tsp chili powder optional
- **Creamy Avocado**:
- - 1/2 ripe avocado mashed
- - 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- - 1 tbsp chopped cilantro optional
**Boil the eggs**: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool before peeling.
**Prepare the base filling**: Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks in a bowl, then add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
**Divide the filling** into three portions:
- **Classic**: Add a pinch of paprika and stir into the first portion. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites. Garnish with more paprika.

- **Creamy Avocado**: Stir in mashed avocado, lime juice, and cilantro. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
