- - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- - 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil optional, for shine

Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Any moisture can cause the chocolate to seize.
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.
