Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 2 tablespoons sugar
  • - 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 1/2 cups milk
  • - 1/4 cup melted butter
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Slice into squares and serve with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, syrup, or whipped cream.
