Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Slice into squares and serve with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, syrup, or whipped cream.
