Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • - 1 cup granulated sugar
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips optional for extra gooeyness
  • - 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and half of the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Mini Eggs on top.
  • Bake for 25–28 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  • Cool completely before slicing for clean edges (or enjoy warm and gooey!).
