Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cans 12.4 oz each refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • - 4 large eggs
  • - 1/2 cup milk or half-and-half for creamier texture
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • - 2 tbsp maple syrup optional, for extra richness
  • - 1 tbsp butter for greasing the pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Open cinnamon rolls and set aside icing. Cut each roll into quarters and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using).
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
  • Let cool slightly, then drizzle with reserved icing.
  • Serve warm with extra maple syrup if desired!
