- - 2 cloves garlic minced (plus 1 whole clove for rubbing)
- - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus more for brushing bread
- - 1 tsp balsamic vinegar optional, for depth

- - 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
