Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp lemon zest
  • - 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Once the shrimp is cooked, add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve immediately, ideally with a side of rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.
