Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup almonds
  • - 1 cup pitted dates
  • - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • - 2 tbsp almond butter
  • - 1-2 tbsp water if needed
  • - 1/4 cup shredded coconut or crushed nuts optional for coating

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground.
  • Add the dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and almond butter. Blend until the mixture comes together.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Scoop small portions and roll them into balls.
  • Optional: Roll each ball in shredded coconut or crushed nuts for extra texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
