- - ΒΌ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- - 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
- - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- - 2 tbsp chia seeds
- - 1 tbsp flaxseed meal optional
- - 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- - 1-2 tbsp water to adjust consistency
