Ingredients
  

  • - 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 2 oz peanut butter or almond butter unsweetened
  • - 2 tbsp Swerve or preferred keto sweetener
  • - 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder optional
  • - 1/4 cup crushed nuts pecans, almonds, or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and nut butter until smooth.
  • Add keto sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using). Mix well.
  • Stir in crushed nuts for added texture.
  • Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
