- - 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
- - 1 cup plain yogurt
- - ½ cup milk or dairy-free milk
- - 1 tbsp honey or sugar optional
- - ½ tsp ground cardamom optional
- - 2-3 ice cubes
In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again until chilled and frothy.
