Ingredients
  

  • - 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • - 1 cup plain yogurt
  • - ½ cup milk or dairy-free milk
  • - 1 tbsp honey or sugar optional
  • - ½ tsp ground cardamom optional
  • - 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until chilled and frothy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Optional: Garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom or a few mango chunks for decoration.
