- - 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
- - 1 cup plain yogurt
- - ½ cup milk or dairy-free milk
- - 1 tbsp honey or sugar optional
- - ½ tsp ground cardamom optional
- - 2-3 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom. 
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. 
- Add ice cubes and blend again until chilled and frothy. 
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 
- Optional: Garnish with a pinch of ground cardamom or a few mango chunks for decoration.
