- - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - 2 cups 250g all-purpose flour

- - ½ cup finely chopped nuts walnuts or pecans, optional
- - ½ cup powdered sugar for rolling
- - Food coloring red, green, or any preferred colors
**Prepare the Dough:**
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
